As a former Canadian Rugby League National team member, my approach to training is an athletic one. As with any athletic event, the proper biomechanical form is crucial for a successful outcome. I ensure that I emphasize proper form to ensure that my clients remain injury-free throughout their sessions.
I also believe that variety is what makes a workout routine great . I love surprising my clients with a new "workout adventure" each session to keep it fresh and challenging.
Outside of the gym, I am training for coming days when my son is going to start walking and then running!
