Introducing The Bowen Technique at eMbody Fitness
What is Bowen Therapy and how does it work?
The Bowen Technique is a form of body work that helps to reset the body back into its optimal blueprint through gentle moves performed over the muscles and connective tissue. These moves send messages deep into the body retrieving memory of a preferred balanced way of well-being. There are pauses throughout the session to allow the body to respond and begin the healing process. Results are noticeable after the first session and often only a few session are required to correct the presenting problem. Bowen Therapy is a whole body therapy.
