As a certified Personal Training Specialist and Fitness Instructor Specialist, I believe that fitness and absolute well-being are achieved through the right balance of exercise and a well-rounded, nutritious diet.
Over the past 3 years working within the health and fitness industry, I have developed a unique approach with my clients. My focus is on developing strength and function and I design programs that are innovative, individualized and created to maximize the achievement of each client’s specific goal.
As a new mom, I understand the challenges of balancing family, a career and keeping a focus on health and wellness! I am passionate about helping others through individual personal training, partner training and small group training.
