I take a holistic approach to training that encompasses lifestyle management, nutrition and exercise. All of these areas require balance when trying to achieve goals because they are dependably intertwined. I take great care in meeting each client at their fitness level, so whether you’re starting for the first time at age 65, or a seasoned athlete, rehabilitating post-injury, rest assured that you’ll be working with a great coach.
I emphasize mobility, stability, and strength training in my customized exercise programs. An evaluation of breathing, foot, and movement patterns sets a baseline to delve into any and all areas of fitness safely. I use a variety of modalities for strength training including, but not limited to bodyweight, kettlebells, resistance bands and dumbbells in my coaching.
When I'm not training clients, you can find me weight training, snowboarding, biking, running, snowshoeing, X-country skiing and skating.
