Whether you require an updated program once a month, advice on better nutrition, motivation to train for that 10 km run, or expert guidance on strength and circuit training, your trainer will help you get the maximum benefit from your efforts and make it all possible.
Since beginning personal training sessions with Victoria DeSousa a little over a month ago I have not only seen improvements with my physical fitness, but she has also helped me to overcome persistent hip pain through MAT. After trying physiotherapy and massage to no avail, Victoria's recommendations of MAT and complimentary exercises have completely freed me from this pain that has bothered me for over two years. PERSONAL TRAINING OPTIONS
ONE ON ONE
Working with a trainer in a one on one setting gives you the advantage of personal attention and inspiration from an experienced professional who is focused on your individual needs. You also enjoy the flexibility of making an appointment at a time that works best for you.
Semi-Private Training is conducted with two or three clients under the guidance of the trainer at one time. This allows for lower costs per person than traditional, one on one personal training, and you can still experience lots of encouraging personal attention! To optimize this type of training, it is helpful to have both people who share similar goals.
SMALL GROUP TRAINING
Exercising in a group of people can be very energizing. Group training gives you the expert attention and leadership of a certified trainer with the added motivation of healthy competition from the group! eMbody offers a great mix of classes and intensity levels. Purchase one of our Small Group packages of either 10, 20 or 40 passes and you can attend any of our signature classes. Our classes will inspire, educate, challenge and motivating you like no other!
Training fees vary based on the type of training selected (one-on-one versus semi-private), the number of sessions purchased and the level of Personal Trainer. Please speak to the Club Manager for more details.
