Our eMbody Fitness personal trainers are dedicated professionals with proven expertise and the knowledge and experience that comes from being nationally certified and graduates in Exercise Science. Their specialized talents contribute to our team ethic of caring and working with you to reach your goals and achieve results!
You will be matched with a qualified trainer best suited to your needs. Your trainer will help you set and achieve individual goals, inspiring you to grow and develop as you progress. Whether you require an updated program once a month, advice on better nutrition, motivation to train for that 10 km run, or expert guidance on strength and circuit training, your trainer will help you get the maximum benefit from your efforts and make it all possible.
WHAT PERSONAL TRAINING WILL DO FOR YOU
How about reaching your targeted goals more quickly, saving time and having more fun? It is a common tendency to use only a few pieces of fitness equipment—the ones that make us feel most comfortable—and to follow the same program every time without achieving real results. Whereas a trainer will maximize your equipment knowledge, what it will do for you, and teach you how to use the right pieces of equipment to accomplish your goals. You will enjoy the variety of a customized personal program that effectively combines strength training, using circuit and free weights and adding cardio and small apparatus equipment to your routine.
- Get ahead of the game: Preparing your body for a specific sport allows you to maximize your performance and safe enjoyment of it. Many of our trainers specialize in sports conditioning to help you achieve your best whether you intend to bike, run, ski, golf or play tennis.

PERSONAL TRAINING OPTIONS
ONE ON ONE
Working with a trainer in a one on one setting gives you the advantage of personal attention and inspiration from an experienced professional who is focused on your individual needs. You also enjoy the flexibility of making an appointment at a time that works best for you.
Semi-Private Training is conducted with two or three clients under the guidance of the trainer at one time. This allows for lower costs per person than traditional, one on one personal training, and you can still experience lots of encouraging personal attention! To optimize this type of training, it is helpful to have both people who share similar goals.
SMALL GROUP TRAINING
Exercising in a group of people can be very energizing. Group training gives you the expert attention and leadership of a certified trainer with the added motivation of healthy competition from the group! eMbody offers a great mix of classes and intensity levels. Purchase one of our Small Group packages of either 10, 20 or 40 passes and you can attend any of our signature classes. Our classes will inspire, educate, challenge and motivating you like no other!
Training fees vary based on the type of training selected (one-on-one versus semi-private), the number of sessions purchased and the level of Personal Trainer. Please speak to the Club Manager for more details.
