We are committed to changing lives by inspiring you to discover “where you are” and “where you dream of going.” We want to support you through your fitness journey and our experienced team of fitness professionals have developed four unique small group training classes designed to help you accelerate your results in a motivating, supportive and fun environment. Each program consisting of a small group of 4 to 8 participants is led by a certified eMbody Personal Trainer who will educate, inspire, and challenge you during each workout.
HOW TO PARTICIPATE IN SMALL GROUP TRAINING CLASSES AT EMBODY FITNESS
Members have the flexibility of attending any of the classes on the schedule below. Simply contact the club at 416. 441.3000 or stop by and purchase a single class pass, 10-pack, 20-pack or 40-pack and then book your classes online. For members who like to commit to a specific class throughout the year, the 40-pack is a perfect option and can be paid monthly. 40 and 20-pack purchasers have the privilege of being able to lock into a specific class.

SMALL GROUP TRAINING PROGRAM DESCRIPTIONS
GRAVITY TRAINING is a fun and innovative full body workout with maximum results. Participants use their body weight as resistance against the pull of gravity. A free rolling glide board encourages an unrestricted free flow of multi-plane movement that recruits multiple muscle groups synergistically while working the core stabilizers. Gravity training is great for all ages and fitness levels.
GRAVITY Pilates is a combination of Pilates reformer and mat exercises and Gravity Training exercises. This unique and highly effective workout offers the best of these 2 popular workouts focusing on alignment, core strength, as well as cervical tension and hamstring
inflexibility. By using your own body weight as resistance, the result is a highly individualized workout that can be progressively increased in intensity as strength, flexibility and overall performance improve. This class is effective for all levels of fitness.
ReSHAPE for WEIGHT LOSS
Join fitness and nutrition expert Debra Basch as she leads a small group (max 4 participants) through a challenging and balanced workout consisting of cardiovascular conditioning, strength training and flexibility. Each session will also include a nutrition component focusing on healthy eating and realistic lifestyle strategies. The success of the ReShape program is based on identifying the barriers that currently exist and have been holding you back from reaching your goals. Participants receive a nutrition plan and a workbook that contains all of the workouts, nutrition lessons, tips and recipes to keep you on track.
Originally designed by a U.S. Navy SEAL, TRX uses your bodyweight against gravity to increase strength, stability and endurance. The TRX system is suspended and therefore creates a dynamic environment, making the neuromuscular system work to coordinate movement. TRX is used by many athletes and is also excellent for new exercisers. TRX-30 is a 30 minute class offered in Beginner/All Level and Advanced.
This amazing head to toe workout incorporates a TRX-30 workout and 30 minutes of circuit training to increase strength and balance in the upper and lower body. Each class uses a variety of equipment and promises to be a new and exciting workout! Find the level appropriate for you – All Levels or Advanced.
TREAD AND SHRED
read & Shred is a dynamic circuit combining the treadmill and strength training exercises. It is designed exclusively to target and strengthen every muscle in the body. Timed intervals on the treadmill at varying speeds and incline followed by weighted exercises using free weights, TRX, and kettle bells. This customized workout will appeal to all fitness level and is guaranteed to burn fat and calories. Commit to the program. You will see results.
G.I.F.T: Girls in Fitness Training
G.I.F.T. is an 8-week program specifically designed for young women ages 9 and up. This fun, non-competitive program will inspire and motivate young girls to lead an active and healthy life. Each class includes carefully monitored high intensity interval training with an emphasis on endurance, strength, and flexibility.
