My personal training philosophy includes a three-pronged
approach of exercise, diet alteration, and lifestyle modification,
which has helped many of my clients successfully achieve their goals.
Since 2000, I have helped my clients by providing excellent service
and cutting edge knowledge and expertise. I've worked with
many diverse types of clients including the “weekend warrior”, the
postpartum mother, and the client in need of post rehabilitation and
I adapt my training style to the needs of each individual.
