YOGA AT
​EMBODY FITNESS

ALIGNMENT YOGA 

​Alignment Yoga is a form of Hatha Yoga with an emphasis on detail and precision in the performance of posture (asana) and breath control (pranayama). The development of strength, mobility and stability is gained through the asanas (sitting position).

An advanced level of Alignment Yoga is offered for those participants with at least one year of experience in Alignment Yoga in conjunction with approval from the instructor.
