BIO

I like to describe my training style as eclectic! My clients rang in age from 18 to 92 and span all levels of the fitness spectrum. Individuality is key. Each person approaches the road to balance and wellness from a different perspective. Above all, I believe in the importance of a healthy lifestyle.  Exercise, eating well, rest and relaxation are all key to wellness and must compliment the professional and personal demands of day-to-day life.  
 
My areas of focus include Weight Loss and Lifestyle Management, Strength Training, Sport Performance Development, Core Stability, Pre and Post-Natal, TRX Suspension Training and Zumba. I believe that enthuasiasm and motivation are contagious and that is how I connect with my clients.
