I have over 15 years of experience as a Personal Trainer, Small Group Trainer and Personal Training Manager. I believe strongly in educating and coaching my clients through periodization programs to help them achieve the best possible results.
My training style is lifestyle-specific through the use of functional and dynamic challenges. I like to mix it up with a variety of innovative exercises, apparatus and even outdoor activities to ensure my clients achieve full body conditioning, muscle strengthening and body fat loss.
Most importantly, I try to inject humour and fun into every workout.
