After you sign up for a class, you will receive an email confirmation with the zoom information needed to join the class.  This may include a direct link or a link and a password. If you do not receive the email shortly after registering, please check your spam filter. Please join the class 2 or 3 minutes prior to the class.

HOW TO ZOOM!​
New to Zoom? It's simple to use.  Prior to your first class, download the program.  You only need to do this once and it is a quick process. 

ON A DESKTOP/LAPTOP - Click HERE  
ON A MOBILE DEVICE - Download the Zoom App from your mobile device's app store.​

Have a smart TV? Pair your phone with your TV for a larger view of the workout. Click HERE for instructions.

Tips for a Great Virtual Class Experience

  1. Once you have logged in and class is about to start, mute your audio (click the microphone icon on the bottom). 
  2. You have the option of showing your video or not.  It's completely up to you.  No one can turn on your video except for you.
  3. To see the instructor as large as possible, once the class starts, click on SPEAKER view vs GALLERY view.
  4. If using a laptop and you are experiencing connectivity issues, try directly connecting to your router with an Ethernet cable.
  5. The bigger the better!  If you can stream from your TV as noted above, do it! 
  6. For standing work, place a laptop on an elevated surface to avoid neck issues from looking down.
  7. Do not look to the side when doing core work.  Watch the instructor first and then do the moves on your own.
  8. Arrive on time for the warm up and stay through the cool-down and stretch - it's part of the workout!
  9. Participate and engage with your community to your comfort level.  It's a great way to feel connected.
