BIO

Growing up as a long distance runner and gymnast, being active has always been a passion of mine. After gaining some weight in university, I developed a solid routine for regular training for myself and found it was beneficial not only physically but also mentally. I believe that movement is medicine and so much more than just burning calories to lose weight. I focus on HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) which can be done anywhere with minimal to no equipment! I emphasize form and ensure each rep counts.  In my classes and training, expect high intensity workouts, a positive energy and great music.
