Judi Haig-Tullio 
M.Sc., CSEP-CEP, FOLP Trainer

Judi has been teaching a variety of group exercise and spinning classes throughout the GTA for over 20 years.  She has trained and assessed instructors for IDEA, CAIN and the Ontario Fitness Council.   She is also a professor at Humber College teaching new instructors in the Fitness and Health Promotion program.  Her current passion is teaching high energy barre and energizing and restorative yoga.  

Certifications: 
  • Fitness and Health Promotion Prof.  Humber College 2006 to present
  • Fitness Ontario Leadership Trainer and Assessor 1990 to 2008 
  • Schwinn Certified Spinning Instructor
  • Saana Yoga Foundation Certified Instructor
