Lisa Greenbaum

​Growing up as a dancer I have always held a strong passion for fitness, yoga and movement. I understood at a young age the positive impact of movement and mental health and I continue to share this forward today. I love all forms of Yoga from stronger classes to those more meditative and still. My daily meditation practice is a must (and so is my morning coffee!) I specialize in Yoga for mental health, trauma and finding ease from chronic pain and I firmly believe that everyone can do Yoga it’s just about finding the best options for us. My mission is to empower myself and others to collectively raise our vibrations.
