We are excited to welcome Sarah Leavens into our eMbody Family! Sarah will be teaching yoga and strength classes in-studio and on zoom. All classes are available to be purchased individually or in a package. For a limited time, buy a 10 -class package for virtual classes or in-studio classes and receive  2 complimentary classes. Vinyasa Flow - Mondays at 10:15am
This is a flow style class, linking poses together through movement and breath. Vinyasa classes tend to be a bit more fast paced, while still holding poses, this is less static than a hatha style class. The continued movement helps to heat the body, building strength and flexibility from the inside out.This is an open level class, all are welcome to join. Poses will be at a level 1 yoga level, above beginner. 

Cardio & Core - Wednesdays at 9:00am
This class will focus on getting the heart pumping and building strength and stability around the entire core region of the body. Working from shoulders all the way down to hips, this class targets both large and small muscle groups. Keeping the body warm with HIIT style intervals throughout the workout  to get the most out of cardio peaks.
