SMALL GROUP TRAINING PROGRAM DESCRIPTIONS

​GRAVITY TRAINING
GRAVITY TRAINING is a fun and innovative full body workout with maximum results. Participants use their body weight as resistance against the pull of gravity. A free rolling glide board encourages an unrestricted free flow of multi-plane movement that recruits multiple muscle groups synergistically while working the core stabilizers. Gravity training is great for all ages and fitness levels.

INTRO TO ​GRAVITY TRAINING
​This class is offered once a month to members who have not participated in a Gravity class previously.  Participants will learn how to set up the gravity machine as well as the basic movements performed in a typical class.  Please contact the club for the date and time of the next session.
​TRX-30
Originally designed by a U.S. Navy SEAL, TRX uses your bodyweight against gravity to increase strength, stability and endurance. The TRX system is suspended and therefore creates a dynamic environment, making the neuromuscular system work to coordinate movement. TRX is used by many athletes and is also excellent for new exercisers.   TRX-30 is a 30 minute class offered in Beginner/All Level and Advanced.

INTRO ​TRX
This class is offered once a month to members who have not participated in a TRX class previously.  Participants will learn how to use the straps safely and effectively.  Please contact the club for the date and time of the next session.  
​TRX-GRAVITY FUSION 
TRX-GRAVITY Fusion combines the resistance training methods of TRX and Gravity for 60 heart-pounding minutes. Every riveting workout is designed with the high intensity-based principles of Metabolic Training. Studies have shown that this type of training delivers better results in cardio-respiratory fitness and an improved hormone profile that can lead to fat loss and serious calorie burn.

UPPER BODY MOBILITY & RANGE OF MOTION TRAINING
Are you suffering from neck and shoulder stiffness or pain?  Do you lack range of motion, strength and ability to move comfortably?  If so this program is the solution for you! Classes include specific mobility and isometric exercises combined with techniques to strengthen your newly acquired range.  Throughout the session, you will be provided with A variety of routines to follow to help you START down the path to better movement and health.  Keep up the program; be accountable for the work, and marvel at the changes you can affect in your body!
MOBILITY FLOW
Are you feeling tight and sore in your body?  Join this fluid flow and experience a blend of mobility, elements of yoga and strength to create space and balance throughout. Classes are taught by certified Personal Trainer Lily Eslahjou and include specific mobility and isometric exercises combined with techniques to strengthen your newly acquired range.  Throughout the session, you will be provided with a variety of routines to follow to help you START down the path to better movement and health.  Keep up the program; be accountable for the work, and marvel at the changes you can affect in your body!
