BIO

Teri became passionate about fitness ever since she snuck into her first group exercise class at 8 years old. Fitness has always been an integral part of Teri's life, all thanks to the motivation from her family and coaches. Teri is an avid athlete and has been a force in fitness since grade school. She began playing sports at a young age and continued through University. Teri cultivated her love for fitness by teaching classes and coaching athletes at the varsity level. Today, she has over 25 years of experience teaching fitness and personal training to a diverse range of clients. Teri is a cheerleader, an inspiration, and a motivator. She makes sure to give each of her clients the star treatment by approaching their fitness with an essential goal: to learn how to move the body well, prevent injury, and live a pain-free life. Teri has enough energy to fill the club -- you can’t help but fall in love with fitness after having a session with her. If you are looking to build a strong foundation of proper technique, followed by consistency and progression, let Teri motivate you to achieve any fitness goal you set your mind to.
