SMALL GROUP TRAINING AT
​EMBODY FITNESS

TRX SUSPENSION TRAINING 

Originally designed by a U.S. Navy SEAL, TRX uses your bodyweight against gravity to increase strength, stability and endurance. The TRX system is suspended and therefore creates a dynamic environment, making the neuromuscular system work to coordinate movement. TRX is used by many athletes and is also excellent for new exercisers.   TRX Suspension is a 30 minute class offered in Beginner/All Level and Advanced.​
