Four Week Beginner Yoga Program

Learn the basics of yoga with Sherri Freedman, an experienced instructor with 18 years of practicing and teaching yoga.  Sherri will show you how yoga can be accessible, fun, relaxing and empowering.  You will learn the basic postures, philosophies and meditation techniques with Sherri's expert hands-on instruction.  We guarantee that you will leave feeling better than when you arrived!

Wednesdays  - 6:00pm - 7:00pm
Cost:
Members - $60+hst | Non-Members - $80+ hst
